Procurement Specialist - Saudi Arabia
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of hands-on procurement experience within the Saudi Arabian market, specifically in the construction, contracting, real estate, and infrastructure sectors. This role requires strong vendor management abilities, market knowledge, and the capability to manage high-volume and project-based procurement activities efficiently. You will oversee end-to-end procurement activities for construction, contracting, and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of materials and services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end procurement activities for construction, contracting, and infrastructure projects
- Source, evaluate, and qualify suppliers in the Saudi market
- Prepare and issue RFQs, compare quotations, and negotiate terms and pricing
- Review and negotiate contracts for compliance with Saudi regulations
- Maintain strong supplier relationships for quality and delivery schedules
- Collaborate with project management, engineering, finance, and site teams
- Monitor material delivery timelines and resolve discrepancies
- Track and analyze market trends and price fluctuations
- Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and contracts
- Ensure alignment with company policies and budget requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–7 years of procurement experience in the Saudi Arabian market
- Strong background in construction, contracting, real estate, or infrastructure
- Solid understanding of construction materials, equipment suppliers, subcontractor markets, and project-based procurement
