Job Description

The Demi Chef de Partie supports the daily production of high-quality bakery and confectionery items, ensuring consistency, precision, and adherence to HENTAH’s artisan standards.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily production tasks according to recipes.
  • Assist in preparing doughs, fillings, sauces, and finishing work.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP-compliant).
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of ingredients (FIFO).
  • Assist in daily mise en place and production planning.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years experience in a professional kitchen, bakery, or pastry environment.
