Job Description
The Demi Chef de Partie supports the daily production of high-quality bakery and confectionery items, ensuring consistency, precision, and adherence to HENTAH’s artisan standards.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily production tasks according to recipes.
- Assist in preparing doughs, fillings, sauces, and finishing work.
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP-compliant).
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of ingredients (FIFO).
- Assist in daily mise en place and production planning.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in a professional kitchen, bakery, or pastry environment.
