Corporate Governance Manager

Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Group’s corporate governance frameworks in line with regulatory expectations and best practices. Ensure frameworks scale with organizational growth. Maintain governance manuals, charters, and internal documentation. Draft, review, and update group-wide policies. Support governance aspects of board and committee structures. Embed governance requirements into day-to-day processes. Act as internal advisor to management. Ensure alignment with Saudi regulations and IPO-readiness expectations. Monitor adherence to policies and coordinate corrective actions.
