Job Description
Operate and maintain the CAFM system for work orders, assets, and preventive maintenance with NAFFCO Qatar. Create and update service requests, monitor SLA compliance, and prepare reports.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the CAFM system for work orders and assets
- Create, update, and close service requests and work orders
- Coordinate with technical teams for job assignments
- Monitor SLA compliance
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Update asset registers and PPM schedules
- Ensure data accuracy and system integrity
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Facilities Management
- Minimum 1–3 years experience as a CAFM Operator
- Strong knowledge of CAFM systems and MS Excel
