Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced HR Manager (Chinese National) with a background in real estate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong HR expertise and a deep understanding of real estate operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Manage talent acquisition specifically for real estate roles
- Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
- Assist with labor permit and visa processing
- Work closely with management to support workforce planning
Qualifications
- Chinese nationality preferred
- Proven experience in HR within the real estate sector
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
