Job Description
Lear, a global automotive technology leader in Seating and E-Systems, is looking for a Quality Engineer for the Tangier TAC Wire harness plant. Reporting directly to the Quality coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the Voice of Process (VOP) and Voice of Customer (VOC).
Responsibilities
- Management of quality team controllers, technicians and supervisors
- Ensure correct implementation of Request for Rework (RFR)
- Utilizing problem solving skills to find root causes for issues
- Monitor 8D meetings and follow up implementation of corrective actions
- Follow quality indicators LMQM, IPPM, RPPM, DPPM
Qualifications
- Preferably Bac+5 with experience within the automotive wiring Industry
- Knowledge of Quality Management systems IATF 16949
- Proficiency in both English & French languages
