Job Description

At Futurum Technology, we are looking for an IT Support person to join our team and assist us in solving technical problems, maintaining infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. The role involves providing remote user support for technical issues, monitoring systems, and basic database administration. This is a remote full-time position working between 3 p.m. and 12 a.m. (night shifts).

Responsibilities

  • Providing user support for technical issues (remotely)
  • Monitoring systems and responding to requests
  • Basic database administration
  • Cooperating with the technical team and escalating more complex incidents

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of databases
  • Basic knowledge of Linux (Nice to have)
  • Communication skills and the ability to solve problems independently
  • Good organization of work during night shifts
