Responsibilities
- Advocate for clients through meaningful interactions across phone, email, text message, and social media.
- Use scripts and protocols to address client inquiries and manage appointment scheduling.
- Navigate computer programs to access records and communicate effectively with clients.
- Ensure client needs are met by coordinating with practices and hospitals via phone and email.
- Track reporting requirements, including call and appointment metrics.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of customer service experience required; veterinary hospital experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
