Facility Management Administrator (Dubai based)
Job Description
Process and coordinate activities pertaining to employee training, resignations, and leaves. Coordinate purchase orders, archiving, and specific transactions in an efficient manner to ensure adherence to internal procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day administration support
- Coordinate with Purchasing department
- Process leaves applications
- Maintain staff records and overtime data
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years in coordinating operations
