Legal Manager
Job Description
Leads and manages the Legal Affairs function, providing comprehensive legal support and strategic guidance to the organization. Oversees legal representation, regulatory compliance, contract management, and governance alignment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Legal Affairs Department and legal team
- Develop and execute legal strategy aligned with corporate objectives
- Provide full legal representation for the organization
- Manage contract drafting, review, negotiation, and compliance
- Advise management on corporate, labor, governance, and intellectual property matters
- Support jurisdictional expansion and establishment of operations
- Supervise internal legal staff and coordinate with external counsel
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) - Required
- Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) - Preferred
- Minimum 12–16 years of relevant legal experience depending on level
