Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer
Job Description
This Isa Town based on-site role is critical for driving efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. You will analyze existing processes and implement innovative solutions to boost productivity.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency.
- Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
- Design, test, and validate new equipment.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for deviations.
- Manage process improvement projects.
- Train production staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering.
- Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and SPC.
- Experience with automation and robotics (Preferred).
- Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001).
