Total Rewards Lead
Job Description
The purpose of the role is to lead the effective delivery of the total rewards programs for MAF group. The role holder leads and develops the Global Solution Total Rewards team to deliver best practices and achieving service excellence in line with the overall MAF Group strategic vision and growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and set GS Total Rewards delivery team strategy, KPIs and Objectives
- Lead the delivery and implementation of all total rewards programs
- Coach, train and develop a team of Total Rewards professionals
- Ensure consistent service delivery according to SLAs/KPIs
- Identify and implement service delivery improvement opportunities
- Work in partnership with Centers of Excellence and HR Business Partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in the core compensation and Benefits field
- Minimum of three years in a leadership role
- University degree, preferably an MBA
- Certified Job evaluator (specially KornFerry)
