Job Description

Delivering technical assistance to users through researching inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring performance of IT Systems including ELV Systems and LANs. This role reports to the Director of IT at RIT Dubai.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of reported customer issues until resolution
  • Identify and address client queries by investigating problems
  • Run updates and backups for ELV Systems
  • Maintain detailed logs of customer/employee inquiries
  • Assist students/employees in troubleshooting software issues
  • Research and diagnose system issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in computer, Electrical, or Electronics related fields
  • 1-2 years experience in similar roles is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and MAC OS
  • Knowledge in ELV Systems, CCTV, and Access Control preferred
  • CompTIA A+, Security+, or CCNA certifications preferred
