Spa Operations Manager
Job Description
Mandarin Oriental Muscat is looking for a Spa Operations Manager. You will be responsible for the operations of the entire Spa & Wellness including guest interactions, therapist needs, scheduling, and inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily spa operations and guest complaints
- Coordinate scheduling of rosters and leave for colleagues
- Accountable for professional stock inventory
- Conduct induction and treatment training for therapists
- Monitor maintenance issues within the spa
Qualifications
- NVQ level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent CIDESCO, BTEC
- 3-5 years Spa Management experience essential
- Experience in a five-star luxury hotel environment
- Knowledge of SpaSoft and Microsoft Office
