Job Description
JLL is seeking a Project Planner to join the Project & Development Services team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role contributes to JLL's mission of becoming a world-class project management consultant organization by providing specialized planning and scheduling services.
Responsibilities
- Using industry and client best practices, plans, schedules, and coordinates project activity
- Collaborates with subcontractor counterparts to ensure successful outcomes
- Provide feedback to client and contractor about the work schedule in real time
- Generates reports as they relate to project progress
- Maintains liaison with all levels of project staff
- Tracks all procurement information, including spare parts and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- 5 - 7 years of relevant planning and scheduling experience
