Senior Physiotherapist - Pelvic Health (Women's Health)
Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist - Pelvic Health to join a reputable healthcare provider in Dubai. This role is ideal for a female physiotherapist with strong expertise in pelvic floor and women's health rehabilitation, capable of working independently while contributing to multidisciplinary patient care. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, deliver evidence-based pelvic health interventions, and support the development of women's health physiotherapy services. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Practice Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction and women's health conditions; Manage cases including antenatal and postnatal care, urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, and post-surgical rehabilitation; Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based pelvic health techniques; Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with regulatory standards. Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with gynecologists, urologists, obstetricians, colorectal surgeons, and other healthcare professionals; Participate in case discussions and coordinated care planning; Educate patients and families on pelvic health conditions and preventative strategies. Quality & Professional Practice: Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, ethical standards, and clinical guidelines; Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous professional development; Support junior physiotherapists and contribute to knowledge sharing within the department.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
- Minimum 4-5 years of clinical experience, with a strong focus on pelvic floor and women's health physiotherapy
- Recognized postgraduate training or certifications in pelvic health / women's health physiotherapy
- Eligibility for DHA Physiotherapist License
