Hotels Operations Executive
Job Description
Ensure smooth booking experiences by managing client inquiries, resolving operational issues, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams. Manage hotel reservations, booking changes, cancellations, and refunds while maintaining high service quality.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls and emails
- Handle hotel reservations, changes, cancellations, and refunds
- Manage high-value bookings and provide daily updates
- Resolve travel-related problems and complaints
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve booking issues
- Support Contracting & Business Development teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Studies, Hospitality Management, or Business
- Fluency in English is a must
- 1–3 years in hotel reservations, OTA/TA/wholesale operations, or customer service
