Job Description

Manage and grow relationships with our existing client portfolio. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, driving renewals, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional services.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Ensure timely contract renewals and high retention rates
  • Identify opportunities to upsell new services and solutions
  • Onboard two new clients per year
  • Maintain 30% of pipeline from new clients
  • Build strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Work closely with Technology Vendors
  • Track account performance and prepare regular reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or client success roles
  • Candidates must be based in KSA
