Senior Sales Account Manager - KSA ( Software Industry )
Job Description
Manage and grow relationships with our existing client portfolio. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, driving renewals, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional services.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Ensure timely contract renewals and high retention rates
- Identify opportunities to upsell new services and solutions
- Onboard two new clients per year
- Maintain 30% of pipeline from new clients
- Build strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Work closely with Technology Vendors
- Track account performance and prepare regular reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in account management or client success roles
- Candidates must be based in KSA
