Job Description
The logistics coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the daily transportation of products. This role ensures timely, cost-effective, and secure delivery to customer sites while maintaining strict compliance with chemical safety regulations, site requirements, RTA regulations and environmental standards.
Responsibilities
- Optimize delivery routes to minimize costs and fuel usage
- Coordinate with production and external hauliers for capacity management
- Process delivery orders and scheduling transport
- Prepare transport documentation and invoices
- Ensure compliance with local RTA regulations
- Act as key contact between customers, sales, and drivers
- Analyze data to track on-time delivery performance
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
