Job Description

The Information and Support Center Agent will handle inquiries, provide guidance, resolve issues, escalate matters when necessary, and manage follow-ups efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle external calls and messages from prospective students and parents
  • Advise callers about program offerings, tuition, and admissions
  • Handle internal calls and emails from students
  • Ensure end user and student requests are met
  • Diagnose issues and route unresolved issues to next level support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business administration, or a related discipline
  • 3 Years of relevant experience
