Information and Support Center Agent
Job Description
The Information and Support Center Agent will handle inquiries, provide guidance, resolve issues, escalate matters when necessary, and manage follow-ups efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle external calls and messages from prospective students and parents
- Advise callers about program offerings, tuition, and admissions
- Handle internal calls and emails from students
- Ensure end user and student requests are met
- Diagnose issues and route unresolved issues to next level support
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business administration, or a related discipline
- 3 Years of relevant experience
