Associate Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
Oversee and manage all costs related to landscaping and garden design projects, from initial estimates to final figures.
Responsibilities
- Review landscape design plans and prepare quantity requirements
- Estimate material, plant, and equipment costs
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Develop project budgets and track financial records
- Monitor construction materials and inventory levels
Qualifications
