Office Manager
Job Description
BI Group is seeking a highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and provide HR and administrative support, reporting to the Head of HR.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to senior management
- Maintain corporate documentation and office records
- Liaise with partners, contractors, and suppliers
- Oversee daily office operations and procurement
- Support employee onboarding and personnel documentation
- Coordinate with PRO on visa and government processes
- Monitor and manage timely renewals of visas and Emirates IDs
- Arrange business travel and manage office budgets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced computer skills, including strong Excel proficiency
- Solid knowledge of document management standards
- Fluent English; Russian language is an advantage
