Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Head Chef to lead our culinary team at our vibrant restaurant located in Down Town. The Head Chef will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee kitchen operations and manage culinary staff
  • Design and implement innovative menus
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and supplier relations
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment

Qualifications

  • B.A. degree in culinary arts or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Must have experience with Josper Oven
  • Experience in Mediterranean food is a must
