Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Head Chef to lead our culinary team at our vibrant restaurant located in Down Town. The Head Chef will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a culture of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen operations and manage culinary staff
- Design and implement innovative menus
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards
- Manage food costs, inventory, and supplier relations
- Train and mentor kitchen staff
- Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment
Qualifications
- B.A. degree in culinary arts or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Must have experience with Josper Oven
- Experience in Mediterranean food is a must
