Sales Executive
Job Description
Sheraton Dammam is seeking a Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries and lead requests for locally driven groups. You will work with customers to align preferences and up-sell business opportunities to maximize revenues and drive customer loyalty. This role manages group customer inquiries and achieves revenue goals for the team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle customer inquiries and lead requests for locally driven groups (10-300 peak room nights).
* Actively up-sell each business opportunity to maximize revenues.
* Execute operational aspects of business booked (proposals, contracts, correspondence).
* Conduct site inspections.
* Attend pre- and post-convention meetings to obtain feedback.
* Provide accurate turnover to Event Management.
* Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers.
**Education And Experience:**
* High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in sales and marketing, guest services, or front desk.
* OR 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hotel Management.
* Group sales experience preferred.
