Document Controller (Baida Nathal)
Job Description
Provide administrative and clerical support, ensuring efficiency and organization across various departments for a leading EPC contracting company. Responsible for handling day-to-day tasks including scheduling, document management, and communication coordination.
Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties (filing, scanning, document management)
- Prepare and edit letters, reports, and presentations
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare agendas
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications
- Arrange travel and logistics for staff
- Maintain organized filing system for company records and contracts
- Prepare weekly and monthly administrative reports
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role
- Experience in EPC industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
