Lead Health Informatics Analyst
Job Description
Gritter Francona is looking for a Lead Health Informatics Analyst to support a potential project for the Office of Clinical Informatics. The role involves leadership and team oversight for Health IT Informatics Analysts specializing in clinical systems and data standardization, as well as stakeholder and client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Health IT Informatics Analysts
- Establish and enforce informatics standards and quality assurance processes
- Act as a primary client-facing representative for Health IT informatics activities
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to elicit and validate requirements
- Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and change management activities
- Provide expert-level configuration for OH and/or CPRS/VistA systems
- Ensure accurate information modeling and data governance practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 6 years specialized in Health Informatics
- Extensive experience with configuration of OH and/or CPRS/VISTAb
