FOL Management (Flow) is reimagining residential living. We are seeking a Director of Sales in Riyadh to lead the leasing organization across active communities and prepare for significant expansion. This startup-style role requires building processes from scratch and driving a relationship-focused revenue function.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a leasing team responsible for revenue targets across 800+ units
  • Scale the organization for substantial growth in 2026
  • Design and optimize the leasing funnel using CRM systems
  • Lead the evolution toward a hybrid inbound/outbound leasing model
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the Riyadh market

Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of experience in sales, revenue, or leasing leadership
  • Proven experience managing teams with quotas and KPIs
  • Strong experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Startup or entrepreneurial environment background
