Job Description
Actively participate in the development of the organization by leading a boutique team to deliver sales and unique client experiences. The Store Manager drives brand positioning and business acumen while providing structure and accountability for team members.
Responsibilities
- Manage entire boutique team and business operations
- Lead by example on the shop floor with sales team and clients
- Define action plans based on mystery shopping and VoC results
- Coach the sales team on story telling and extraordinary service
- Proactively recruit new customers and generate business opportunities
- Ensure good maintenance and visual merchandising of the store
Qualifications
- Saudi National Required
- Knowledge of the Luxury business
- Knowledge of store procedures and digital processes
