Job Description
To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Valet department relating to both guest laundry and dry cleaning. To be prompt and courteous when dealing with guests and associates. Ensure that all guest laundry and dry cleaning collected throughout the day is checked for the correct room number and inspected for quality and valuable items.
Responsibilities
- Ensure brand standards are implemented
- Inspect pockets for valuables
- Maintain daily production report
- Sort and check articles for quality standard
- Maintain processing supplies availability
- Ensure laundry charges are made to correct guests
- Handover guest laundry to supervisors
- Ensure all paperwork is clear and accurate
- Report mechanical faults to leadership
- Keep Valet area clean and tidy
- Follow fire, health, and safety training
