Job Description

At Head Hunter, we are expanding our reach and looking for dedicated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our remote team. As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, driving growth and expanding our client base across the US, UK, and Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify and target potential clients and decision-makers
  • Make outbound calls and engage with leads via email and social media
  • Qualify prospects based on their needs and pain points
  • Schedule appointments for sales executives
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Meet monthly targets for qualified leads

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Reliable internet connection (25+ Mbps)
  • Own laptop/PC and a quiet workspace
