Job Description
The Senior Performance Marketer is responsible for leading, managing, and optimizing high-impact digital marketing campaigns to deliver measurable business results. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across channels such as paid social, SEM, display, video, and emerging platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the setup, management, and optimization of advanced digital campaigns across SEM, display, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
- Oversee and refine re-targeting strategies
- Define and target high-value audiences
- Develop comprehensive media plans and accurately forecast campaign performance
- Design, implement, and optimize sales funnels
- Analyze campaign data and insights
- Monitor and evaluate marketing content and campaign effectiveness
- Drive continuous performance improvement by reviewing KPIs
- Utilize and oversee advanced analytical tools and dashboards
- Interpret consumer insights and translate them into acquisition tactics
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, and client teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in related field
