Job Description
The VSE Animator plays a key role in the management, monitoring, and optimization of Very Small Enterprise (VSE) commercial activities within the ARRAWAJ Foundation. They ensure the control, monitoring, and support of agencies to guarantee optimal performance.
Responsibilities
- Management and validation of VSE files
- Management of weekly disbursement forecasts
- Monitoring of performance and commercial animation
- Implementation of field commercial actions
- Handling of complaints and monitoring of resolutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac + 3) minimum in management, economics, or finance
- 2 years of experience in the service sector (banking/insurance)
