Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to support our growing talent acquisition needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career who is eager to learn and gain exposure to hiring across multiple business sectors.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals
- Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Support onboarding and offer documentation
- Build a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (freshers may apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- British nationality preferred
