Job Description

Mller’s Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive ServiceNow System Administrator to maintain our ServiceNow platform and ensure its optimal performance. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and supporting the ServiceNow environment, along with ensuring that the platform meets user and business requirements effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all aspects of the ServiceNow platform, including system configuration, module updates, and user management
  • Support platform upgrades and new implementations
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configuration, administration processes, and user guides
  • Provide technical support for users, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when necessary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role
  • ServiceNow Administrator Certification preferred
