Senior Manager - Project Management
Job Description
Cognite is seeking a strategic delivery architect—not a transactional project administrator. As Sr. Manager, Project Management - Central Europe, you will lead, architect, and scale a world-class delivery engine ensuring complex industrial AI implementations are delivered with predictability.
Responsibilities
- Own the region’s end-to-end project delivery governance
- Champion a delivery approach connected to customer outcomes
- Lead, mentor, and develop a community of Project Managers
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success for scaling readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in project or program management within SaaS or enterprise software
- Demonstrated ability to lead PM teams
- Expert-level knowledge of project governance
