Job Description
Areas of responsibility include Restaurants/Bars and Room Service. Supervises daily restaurant operations and assists with menu planning, maintains sanitation standards and assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage employees and daily operations.
- Maintain service and sanitation standards.
- Review staffing levels to meet service and financial objectives.
- Lead, influence, and encourage the food and beverage team.
- Handle guest problems and complaints.
- Monitor alcohol beverage service in compliance with local laws.
- Manage financial aspects including purchasing and invoices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in food and beverage.
- OR 2-year degree in Hospitality/Business with 2 years experience in food and beverage.
