Job Description
Oceano Apex LLC is seeking a visionary Senior Developer to lead a brand-brand new tech team in Dubai. You will architect and scale systems while mentoring a high-performing team working on generative AI-driven applications and financial APIs.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend systems using Python.
- Recruit, mentor, and guide junior developers.
- Integrate generative AI technologies (Claude, OpenAI) to enhance features.
- Solve complex real-time problems in mission-critical financial systems.
- Ensure code quality, security, and compliance.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of software development experience; 5+ years in Python
- Proven hands-on experience with OpenAI and Anthropic (Claude) APIs
- Experience leading projects, mentoring developers, or building teams
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience with financial markets, trading systems, or market data platforms
- Knowledge of fintech compliance and trade reporting standards
