Engineer II, Network Operations
Job Description
In this role, you will help operate and support the network infrastructure that enables reliable, high-performance internet connectivity for communities. You will work at the heart of network operations, ensuring systems remain stable, scalable, and resilient across local and remote environments.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, operate, and support day-to-day network systems
- Assist with installation, maintenance, quality assurance, and testing of network infrastructure
- Identify network issues, investigate root causes, and support corrective actions
- Contribute recommendations to improve network reliability and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and operations teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience in network operations or a related engineering role
- At least 3 years of experience designing, developing, or maintaining complex network operating systems
