Job Description
Join MGallery The Bodrum Hotel Yalikavak as a Reservations Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests, managing bookings and providing detailed information about the property and amenities.
Responsibilities
- Respond to all room reservation inquiries
- Book accommodations across various market segments
- Record reservation information in the Property Management System
- Upsell room types and additional services
- Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in Front Office, Reservations, or Sales
- Excellent command of English
- Proficiency in Opera and MS Office
- Detail-oriented and ability to multitask
