Reservation Executive - CIS Market - DMC/Tourism - Qatar
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Destinations Specialist to manage travel reservations for CIS market clients in Qatar. The role involves handling client and agent requests, confirming services, and ensuring high service delivery. Desert Gate offers a comprehensive learning and development program.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to all client and agent inquiries and reconfirm requests
- Enter and maintain accurate reservation details in the booking system
- Reconfirm bookings with internal departments and external suppliers
- Advise on availability and pricing, offering suitable alternatives
- Proactively upsell excursions, transfers, and value-added services
- Manage bookings through online reservation portals
- Liaise with internal departments (Transfers, Sales, Excursions, Visas, Accounts)
- Handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in reservations in tourism or hospitality
- Prior experience handling CIS market clientele
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong knowledge of reservations systems and FIT booking tools
- IT proficiency (Microsoft Office)
