Job Description
Louis Feraud Paris LLC is looking for a Payroll Specialist responsible for gathering data from ERP and validating reports, ensuring accuracy of all payroll calculations and transfer payments for UAE and overseas countries.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for gathering and validating data from ERP
- Ensure accuracy of payroll calculations
- Conduct annual leave, Maternity leave, and EOS calculations
- Arrange payment transfers on time for UAE and overseas
- Reconcile and adjust monthly payroll variances
- Enter data in WPS and follow up on compliance issues
- Issue Salary Certificates and Bank transfer letters
- Make Journal entries in the financial system
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related degree
- At least five years of experience in the same field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent command of the English Language
- Experience in manual calculation of annual leave, maternity leave, and EOS as per UAE Labour Law
