Support Agent - Remote
Job Description
We are looking for a patient, service-driven Support Agent to join our growing team. You are the voice of allO and the lifeline for our restaurant partners. You will bridge the gap between our technology and the physical reality of the complexity in restaurant operations.
Responsibilities
- Support and communicate with our customers (restaurants) via telephone or online chat
- Identify the type, urgency, and importance of issues and tag them correctly
- Resolve issues or escalate to the tech support team
- Follow up on open tasks and hand over at the end of the day
- Work closely with tech support team
- Ensure lightning-fast, high-quality resolutions
Qualifications
- Super fluent German and acceptable English are mandatory
- Possess a super patient personality and a service-driven mentality
- Good understanding of using modern software
- Open to shift work
- Based in Germany
