Job Description
SteerAI, an autonomous mobility company powered by VentureOne, is looking for a Robotics Engineer. You will design and implement advanced robotics systems focusing on communication protocols to establish data exchange between robots, sensors, and actuators for logistics and defense industrial vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robotics systems using C++ and ROS
- Develop releasable C++ shared libraries and APIs
- Establish data exchange between robots and sensors
- Maintain robot-to-robot and robot-to-server communication
- Work with message formats like JSON and Protobuf
- Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Robotics, CS, or Electronics Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in communication software development
- Strong proficiency in C++ and ROS
