Job Description
The F&B Operation Manager oversees daily operations across multiple outlets, driving sales growth, profitability, and operational KPIs. This role involves leading and evaluating restaurant managers and teams while ensuring compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets
- Lead, train, and evaluate restaurant managers and teams
- Monitor financial performance and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and health & safety regulations
- Support pre-opening of new outlets
- Implement cost-control measures
- Analyze sales trends and guest feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in the same role
- Bachelor's Degree (Catering Science / Culinary Arts preferred)
