Job Description
Lead disciplined and systematic equipment maintenance strategy development efforts. Create and update site areas, processes and equipment criticality matrix.
Responsibilities
- Set Maintenance different strategies to each equipment (RCM, Predictive, Reactive, CBM)
- Support setting the preventive maintenance standard
- Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis for complex problems
- Gate keeper of all new projects and changes at the site
- Analyze production lines performance
Qualifications
- BSc. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
- 2+ years working in maintenance or projects preferably in FMCG
