Operations Manager (F&B)
Job Description
Lumiere Sweets & Pastries Company is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily operations across our F&B outlets. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational excellence, and hands-on experience within Fine Dining, Hotel, QSR, or large-scale F&B operations in Kuwait or the GCC. Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end daily operations, leading outlet managers, ensuring compliance with Kuwait Municipality and HACCP regulations, monitoring costs and inventory, and supporting brand consistency and customer satisfaction across all locations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end daily operations ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance
- Lead, manage, and develop outlet managers, supervisors, and operational teams
- Ensure strict compliance with Kuwait Municipality, Food Safety, HACCP, and Health & Safety regulations
- Monitor and control operational costs, wastage, manpower productivity, and inventory
- Implement SOPs, operational policies, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales teams
- Analyze operational KPIs and prepare reports
- Handle escalations related to service quality and customer complaints
- Support new outlet openings, expansions, and operational audits
- Ensure brand consistency, service excellence, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Nationality: Asian Nationals only (Non-Arab candidates)
- Minimum 5 years as an Operations Manager in Fine Dining, Hotels, QSR, or large-scale F&B
- Must have experience in Kuwait or any GCC country
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, food safety standards, and cost controls
- Valid & transferable residency (Article 18) in Kuwait
