Job Description
Crossing Hurdles is looking for an English Language Audio Model Trainer. This role involves evaluating short videos based on preference criteria and recording short audio clips describing visual content. This is a part-time, flexible contract role.
Responsibilities
- View and evaluate short videos based on defined preference criteria
- Record short audio clips describing visual content using provided tools
- Ensure recordings meet quality standards with clear speech and minimal background noise
- Follow linguistic, timing, and stylistic guidelines precisely
- Collaborate asynchronously with research and QA teams to improve data quality
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and clear English enunciation
- Native or near-native fluency in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured annotation guidelines
- Comfort working independently on repetitive, consistency-driven tasks
- Strong experience with voice recording or data annotation is a plus
