QHSE Manager - Contracting | Saudi Arabia
Job Description
The QHSE Manager is responsible for leading and managing the organization’s Quality and Health & Safety management systems across all projects. The role provides corporate-level governance, oversight, and technical support to ensure compliance with applicable standards, Saudi regulations, and client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain corporate Quality and Health & Safety policies
- Ensure alignment with ISO standards (ISO 9001 and ISO 45001)
- Monitor and evaluate QHSE performance across all business units
- Oversee implementation of Project Quality Management Systems
- Lead internal quality audits and coordinate external audits
- Monitor non-conformance reports and root cause analysis
- Oversee incident, accident, and near-miss investigations
- Prepare corporate QHSE reports and dashboards for senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in Quality and Health & Safety
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in Head Office or corporate QHSE role
- Professional certifications: NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent
