Job Description

The QHSE Manager is responsible for leading and managing the organization’s Quality and Health & Safety management systems across all projects. The role provides corporate-level governance, oversight, and technical support to ensure compliance with applicable standards, Saudi regulations, and client requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain corporate Quality and Health & Safety policies
  • Ensure alignment with ISO standards (ISO 9001 and ISO 45001)
  • Monitor and evaluate QHSE performance across all business units
  • Oversee implementation of Project Quality Management Systems
  • Lead internal quality audits and coordinate external audits
  • Monitor non-conformance reports and root cause analysis
  • Oversee incident, accident, and near-miss investigations
  • Prepare corporate QHSE reports and dashboards for senior management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in Quality and Health & Safety
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in Head Office or corporate QHSE role
  • Professional certifications: NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent
