Private Bank – Operations Specialist, DSSA - Associate
Job Description
Support the Private Banking business for Saudi Arabia specifically the DSSA platform. Work closely with Front Office, Compliance, Legal, and Business Management Team. Support complete new customer adoption process, review legal documentation, and ensure accurate account creation. Implement new products, support business growth, and oversee account closures. Provide operational services enabling delivery of innovative and complex financial products. Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. Advise on process exceptions and complexities. Collaborate with offshore Wealth Management teams.
Responsibilities
- Support new customer adoption process and coordinate legal documentation
- Ensure accurate account creation in DB systems
- Collaborate to implement new products and support business growth
- Oversee account closures and modify client data
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies
- Proactively track operational progress and follow up with RMs
- Advise on process exceptions and complexities
- Collaborate with offshore Wealth Management teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in economic or financial a must
- 3 to 5 years of experience ideally in Operations in an International Private Bank
- Fluent English skills
