Key Account Manager- Events & Expo
Job Description
Responsible for managing and developing long-term relationships with high-value clients in the events, exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate activation sectors.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients
- Conduct meetings and presentations
- Identify new business opportunities and prepare proposals
- Achieve revenue targets and providing forecasts
- Coordinate with production, design, and operations teams
- Monitor project timelines and budgets
- Attend site visits and event days
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms
- Maintain CRM/ERP records and prepare reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Events
- 3-7 years of experience in events/exhibitions
